Received Same Check Twice!

Hello, I am rather new to this forum and also to internet marketing.

I received my check for this month with an affiliate program on the 10th, it was sent out on the 3rd of September. Now again today, I received a check for the EXACT same amount... Its as if they made a mistake and wrote me for the payout twice.

I tried contacting them and I am not getting any responses back, what should I do. Cash the check or just tear it up...

Also this happened before but with PayPal they paid me for part of the month, then again by check with more of the months sales added to it.

The women who handles the affiliate program works by herself and seems she makes mistakes often.

    Don't cash it ... don't tear it up... before you make every possible
    attempt to verify the amount and the reason they sent it to you.

    Do you not know yourself how much you're due in commissions? If you know the exact amount, and your checks verify the exact amount, then it won't take a rocket scientist to figure out that there was a mistake.

    You know what to do. But make sure to get in contact at some stage to give them a heads up on the mistake.

    If they are different check numbers, deposit it. Eventually they will figure it out and deduct it from a future commission. When that happens, THEN complain. Say "I let you off the hook on your first mistake, but THIS is #2 and I refuse to tolerate a second one."

    Heh, seriously, start looking for something else to promote, these guys won't be in business much longer.

        I finally got in contact with the lady running the program and she told me to tear it up... Well it hard to tear up a 700$ check I can say that much. Maybe il just keep it around.

    Tear it up... it doesn't really matter as they should be immediately cancelling the check. Although, with the mistakes this person is making they probably won't ... LOL
