Disclaimer--Front or Back? What Do YOU Think?

In advertising I was always used to disclaimers being last--bottom of ad, end of commercial... But most ebooks I've seen have the disclaimer page up front as the first or second page.

Where do you think the disclaimer page of an ebook should be? Front of the book or in back?

Traditional print book carry the disclaimer at the front. I've
never seen one at the back. At least you should 'warn' the
reader about the limits of your advice BEFORE you give that
    advice, not after.
