I'll Bet You'll Refuse To Believe That This Is The Best Internet Marketing Strategy Ever...

The best Internet marketing strategies actally begins with your reader. You must use this as the brain behind your entire Internet marketing career. If you just do this and that, and neglect to build your fan base, then it's game over from the start. Isn't that where list building begins at?

You see, most people these days want a microwavable business. If they don't get results instantly, people just give up. If people acually try to treat IM like a business, and nurture a fan base, then word of mouth will spread like a virus.

By building a loyal following, you are building the base of your IM pyramid. If you are just starting out, then I suggest doing this for 3 months. I guarantee that if you offer more & better content, your fan base will explode. You will get a die hard audience, and whatever you sell, I'm sure your fans will gobble it up.

Don't waste your money getting subscribers, just spend some real quality time to get subscribers. I'm sure your subscribers will be better quality, than purchased subscribers.

The best resource to find a great audience is right here at the Warrior Forum. Use it, and don't abuse it.

Thanks Timothy. I'm still learning IM. What I find difficult is identifying what a fan base would like. On my blog I've been rating software/websites from a semi technical point of view. Early days but I'm trying to add value for folks so they can use what I rate. It seem to be a slow process though. Do you mean increasing your fan base by adding value in forums?

He used it as a parable for business that's instantly ready to make profit. That's extremely rare. :p

It's very true that a real business takes its time to build, but it pays back greatly in the long term. I personally like to assimilate it with farming. You'll need to plant the foundation, and nurture so it will grow. Later you'll be able to enjoy the fruit of your work. Likewise if you neglect your business.. Well, you know.

I agree, you really need to get involved in Forums by adding valuable when possible and passing on any snippets of advice to help others.

Having great content on your site does not necessarily mean you will get any visitors, it's like anything else in life - things do not generally come to you by chance - you have to go out and get it!!!

I agree forums are a good source of traffic.
It's best to spread your marketing efforts on say 5 related forums to your niche.

This was an outstanding post, Timothy - thanks.

(The last sentence doesn't actually apply to me at all, because I'm not involved in any IM or MMO niches at all, so I needed to "opt out" of that sentence, but all the rest is spot on.)

Absolutely right. And that's where income begins, too.

That's some right mindset to get some great income.

All the people in the IM should focus on this, and they can make more money then they can imagine.

    Great sharing!

Uh, Timothy, about your subject line?

You lose your bet, my friend...

      Excellent post.

Some folks get so caught up in tricks, quickie solutions, various spiders and bots that they forget that humans are the ones with the credit cards, and that those humans can be nurtured to use them multiple times.

Wow, thank you everyone for your replies to my post. I didn't really think that i would gather such a following.

I actually just did this rather quickly, with not much guidance as to how it would pan out.

This was my big bang back into the Warrior Forum. Also if you enjoyed this post, I've got many more where that came from.

Solid post man and one that I can totally relate to and also agree with.

Learning how to treat Internet Marketing like a BUSINESS and NOT a HOBBY is the real secret to becoming wealthy online and living a location independent lifestyle.

Cason, it's not less legit. If you can master Adwords, or other PPC, then great. It's just if you go to a big commnity, that has die hard fans, then you'd want to gain as an authority on those sites.

I'd rather win the hearts of those big audiences without paying a penny, rather than pay a lot of money to ppc just to grow my list. PPC is fine, but I don't think when starting out. Utilize the big communities first, they're free, and just simply golden.
