PLR and MRR Confusion Please Help !

Hi Warriors,
I thought Id come to the best source to get some direct answers.
As simple as this may sound I need someone to clarify for me the correct definitions of private label rights, private resell rights (is there a difference between the two),master resell rights etc.

Most information I have seen seems to be (within terms of tos) that private label rights can be used to completely change a products ownership, authorship, graphics etc to be branded as ones own with the possibility of offering said product for sale the same way and master resell rights, the rights to on sell the product.

I have come across a number of products where these definitions are interchangeable. I am trying to put together a package that I can COMPLETELY rebrand as my own and then onsell to my customers with the same rights.

Sorry for the lengthy question, I just need someone to clear up my confusion on this once and for all !!

Thanks
Scott Allan

Most PLR packages allow you to modify the content and brand it as you wish, and then resell it to the end user for their personal use. In some cases they'll let you pass on resale rights, but only very rarely are you allowed to pass on PLR rights (so your buyer can also modify and rebrand the material under their own name.)

But is that really what you want to do? Or do you want to create a MRR product that can be resold as is, without modification, under your brand name, with your affiliate and web site links in it?

Most PLR allows that, but you really need to check the license before you buy it. If it's not clear, contact the author for clarification.
