Why should he give it away? If it's a method that works and nobody is talking about it, then selling it is sharing it, as opposed to keeping it all to himself.

If you re-read his post, he wants to give it away, but then he also wants to put a price on it for the fear of leeching.

I am not sure Iknow what you mean by "Leeched"

If you are worried that someone will "share" it, then a price will not stop that.

I would just set up a squeeze page and give it away as a free offer, then promote in your signature

I don't think there's much you can do about your ebook being shared around.
What you can do is use it to build your list even further by asking people to opt in to get it or by adding your link inside it.
