Building Ads

I'm curious to know how you all build the ads for your campaigns. Do you have a special type of software that you use? I'm looking for something that is quick, easy to use, and cheap (if it's even possible to get all 3).

      Online ads, not offline. Ads with pictures/moving graphics for sites like POF and Facebook.

          HUH?

          To the OP, ads are just graphics. Either you have graphics experience or you don't. If you don't then just pay someone else who does. It will be money well spent.

    so you are looking for gif images ads?
    well it's really not difficult to make them, if you have a software to create gif images, it's very easy to pick some images, edit them and then put your text in them,
    but still if you don't know how to do it, you can outsource.
