Sold website, small hiccup now

So I sold my first site and it is soo exciting-got a great price and a good buyer. Now before I get flamed, I did research transfering sites before selling and was confident I had a handle on it, I was mistaken. My problem is when I go to email the buyer he sites database in SQL format it comes back undeliverable but all other emails go thru. Any ideas? Thanks in advances

    Put it in a zip file, upload to your server (the site you just sold if you have to) and give him the download link.
