How to answer this type of emails?

Hi, recently I have been receiving replies from my contacts in my autoresponder emails asking about the product and how effective it is.

How should I go about answering this type of emails? Should I give a sales pitch? A personal customer testimonial? Or both?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

How about an honest answer to the questions they have?

Nobody wants to be pitched, unless that is directly what they are asking for.

Be a real person, with the information they want. If the answer fits their needs, they will turn into a buyer. If not, they probably wouldn't have anyway, or would likely be a refund.

This is a golden opportunity to make a human connection.

I was thinking the same thing too....

Just gave a generic response to the latest one though.

    My personal opinion:

Be as direct and truthful as you can. I believe customers will sense if you're blowing smoke, beating around the bush, dodging the issue, or hyping the product in an attempt to make an immediate sale.

Prospects want to know "what's in it for me" and whether the product is going to fulfill a want or need that they have.

Be as personal and helpful as you can. If you know the product isn't going to solve their problem don't force it on them. You will have a long term customer if you gain the trust and respect of the prospect because you genuinely tried to help.

How would you like to be treated? Chances are, that's a good model for approaching your own customers.

    The best to you,

    Steve

You don't have to be a serious professional writer for this. focus on the question first, what they exactly want to know.

    How effective it is?

Customer testimonials are not the answer. show them any results if you've tested it and being honest here works. Let them know if you failed sometimes but was possible to do it after sometime. Talk like you're a friend but don't go to words like dude, man etc. they turn them down.

Be a gentleman here not a devil convincing his pray to fall for it. This shouldn't be difficult. they aren't going to kill you, you might not be able to get at the first time but you're learning , that's important.

    good luck!

Whenever I promote something I'll either get a review copy first or buy it, that way whenever I mail I'm always giving my honest opinion about a product.

You need to respect your list and offer them value, you will only ever do this if you are honest and not just promoting any affiliate offer that is converting.

    In my honest opinion anyway...

You can't really explain how effective your product is in one email.

I'm sure you've got a money-back guarantee, so give them a basic overview of the product and tell them to try it.

If they don't like it, refund the purchase - simples.

Zebx, are you sure your method is going to work? I doubt so myself.

Someone who actually takes the time and trouble to email you about a product is interested, but not sold.

They want what you offer, but your sales pitch and guarantee didn't sell them the first time. So why regurgitate the same thing that made them hesitate in the first place.

Answer their questions honestly and without hype. At this stage of the process, you'll be amazed at how persuasive this can be.
