There was actually an affiliate marketing reality show sponsored by Shoemoney many moons ago. I can't remember the name, but I think it was something like "Who wants to be an affiliate marketing millionaire".

You submitted your comment one minute before me, ha ha.

Ya, I think that's the one I was talking about.

Not the first ever, no. There was one about 5 years back that I watched online, as well. I think it had people like John Chow in it. It was pretty poorly done as far as "TV" productions go, in my opinion. Of course they released it free and online.

This one looks like it has the money of Empower behind it so for sure the production quality is much higher.

As they're filming in Thailand, a place I know very well, I wonder if they got all the proper work permits, business licenses, etc. ha ha. I doubt it...

yeah their was another one i watched that only had 1 episode but it was a failed experiment, they actually went with the dram reality concept. Like MTV status, i think this is why it failed, that or they couldn't budget.

I went to YT to watch S1E1 and its just badly done. It would not entice me to try out Empower, even if I did not know its just pyramid scheme.

In 2007 Joel Comm did "The Next Internet Millionaire": Reality TV on the Web - The Next Internet Millionaire with Joel Comm

As far as "project AWOL" they had some issues in the past with Empower Network's TOS (found this online): 2013-07-12_1306 - crystal_curtis's library not sure if it's still an issue or not. Their marketing angle is/was you join through Project AWOL, pay $300 extra (in addition to Empower Network's fees), and they give you your first downline member or something along those lines.

I know people in Empower Network who swear it's not mlm. I just shut my mouth and let them marvel in their ignorance.

Doesn't Empower Network give you 100% commissions? So If I sponsor someone say PersonA and he sponsors PersonB. I don't think I would make anything from PersonB right?

Looks just like one of the many other 'teams' with a funnel, like big idea mastermind promoting EN.

IMDESTROYER that wouldn't be your aff id tagged onto the link, would it?

      tut-tut!

i was looking at that too....i think that just what they named the links to each episode
        view-source:projectawol.tv/episodes.php?s=2&e=1&id=simple2promote

or its their affiliate links to their empower downline. They are coded in JS......other than that i dont know....
