You could try contacting Thomas Smale:‎

After reading his posts, he seems like a reasonable guy with decent knowledge.

You mean a website "broker", right?

You may want to get in touch with Jock Purtle of Brokercorp.com

He also offers a Free Website Valuation

    Hope it helps!

You could get a broker to help you sell the site and give you guidance if you are stuck, but what is preventing you from listing it yourself on Flippa? You can get an evaluation of it then list it up on Flippa. Many newbies do this and it's pretty easy to do.

Listing the site on Flippa doesn't guarantee a sale at the price he's looking for. A broker on the other hand goes out of his way to sell the site. Of course there are no guarantees but it has a better chance of selling it at the price the seller wants.

As Mustafa pretty much explained it!

A website broker has contacts of real buyers who really buy quick and a broker can help me get Lucrative price

I definitely recommend a broker. I sold three sites in the past for more than $5,000 through a broker. I did, however, have to give him a percentage, but it was worth it.

I have sold other sites on my own, but a broker is definitly worth it!

Yes, I would be interested in knowing a broker who deal with sites under $100,000.
