Wondering if anyone can recommend a hosting provider who can provide a wide range of class c ip addresses diversity for your websites?

There's no such thing as "class c" IP addresses.
Beyond that, IP has no effect on SEs.
And most all so-called "SEO" hosts have had their IP space downgraded for trying to cheat SEs.
No reputable host offers such snake oil.

So it's an exercise in futility. If you want good sites, make useful sites that people value!
