Is there any software that will create watermarks like this, small transparent background at the bottom of the video with some text over layed? I created an example in PS of what I am trying to achieve with video.

Thanks!

I think Adobe after effects is the best software for creating watermarks.

If you can afford it; go for Camtasia. You can do pretty much anything with it (including watermarks. IMO if your going to be making your living online in whatever shape or form; sooner or later you will end up buying Camtasia. I think they also have a free trial (I am in no way affiliated).

      Screenflow does this too.

      You can either:
      a. Create a title block within software that you run across the entire video

      or

      b. Create a transparency graphic in another program (like photoshop) and then import that graphic and extend the time of it to run for the duration of your video.

Any non-linear video editing software that has more than one video track can do this. Just follow Jill's instructions below.

Just about any decent video editing software can do it, including Windows Movie Maker (installed on just about every Windows PC). You can even do it using something like PowerPoint or Open Office Impress.

What program do you want to use? Once you decide, just use Youtube for "how to's".
