does it show up on your computer?

my header is suddenly now showing up on my computer
i look at properties (and it says in size: not cached)
if it doesn't show up, you have any idea how to make it show up?
all my other images show up but i dont know why this doesnt...i tried
uploading with frontpage and filezilla...
if you can help, i'd really appreciate it...thanks
