What type of website should I make?

Hello guys, I would like to make a website that makes money.

This is what I'm good at:
- SEO
- PHP, HTML, Java script, Server to Server interfacing, Web to Unix Interfacing
- Getting traffic.. kinda
- WordPress

I have never really tried to make a website geared towards making money before. I have created web interfaces for servers and botnets (not the bad ones)

I'm good at SEO, I help my friends out a lot.. they are the ones who make the money :p

What type of site should I make?

PS, I DO NOT want to make a site that gets leads or anything evil like that.

    why would you consider getting leads evil?
    there are a lot of possibilities to make money with the knowledge you have.
    i would do afiliate marketing with your knowledge..or get creative and make a memberhip site that is really engaging for the users.

    Start a forum and an HTML/PHP/CSS consulting site. After you get clients, also show them how to drive traffic to their site using SEO.

    Good question raised already, if your friends are generating money - get their knowledge.
    However if you do have skills around web development and seo - You could look at become a freelancer on Odesk, elance and so on.
