Legal issues with Movies streaming website

Hi guys,

Just a quick question: I wonder if it's legal to stream movies on your website like these websites do: watch32.com and putlocker.to

Is it hard to set up a website like this and do you think is profitable?

    Best bet is to talk to a lawyer but the answer, in my opinion, is NO it's not legal unless:

    1. You have paid some sort of licensing fees or have a licensing arrangement with the copyright holders.
    2. The movies are in the public domain (no current copyright protection).

    These kind of sites routinely get shut down and then others pop up. They're often hosted outside the U.S.

    I would never, ever, consider getting involved in this legal minefield.

    Never come on to a marketing web site to ask a legal question , but my 2cs find something better or it could cost you a lot of money

    my advice stay away, this industry is getting hit hard, and if you dont have licensing terms of service, you will be in big trouble, its not worth the risk

    No it's not legal unless you got a license for it, which is not for free.
