Need some help with Sendgrid

I'm kinda new in using Sendgrid to handle my email marketing campaigns. Now, I'm not that experienced when comes to coding, API, X-SMTPAPI and all that stuff. I was thinking that Sendgrid has a web-based tool inside my account that I can use to send out the emails. I was wrong. It seems that I need to integrate my account with an email client or web based program to send out emails.

I've got no choice, I already bought a silver package. So can anyone suggest a good email client, web-based tool, that is user-friendly? Anything would do.

  • I just tried Sendgrid for the 2nd time in two years and am disappointed, I'm going back to my own mail server for now. I noticed a drop in opens and conversions, and reviewing the bounces coming back to Sendgrid, many are being blocked just because Sendgrid is the SMTP sending the mail.

    I may try Mandrill, they have great reviews and the pricing is less than half of Sendgrid.
