Health Niche (Market?) Question!

As long as you're offering advice/tips, promoting health products and the like you'll be ok..you would only find yourself in hot water if you were acting as a health professional offering professional services..ie as a doctor or other medical discipline.

The health Niche is really popular and one that I wouldn't mind doing myself..
there's a lot of diffirent areas you could cover with that niche, whether it be male, female health, teen, children's needs..the sky's the limit

A good disclaimer and you will be good to go.

Search Google for "Medical disclaimer" or "free medical disclaimer" and you should find some examples. Be sure to re-write it, because its likely dozens of other sites would have used the free disclaimer and could (potentially) lead to duplicate content issues.

yeah, basically you want to say something like this site is information only and doesn't provide medical advice. See your health provider if you have any problems etc. Personally I try to be as objective and hype free as possible in any content I provide.

My advice would be do some homework on the companies you're looking at. Make sure they are a solid company to work for. Once you join up, be upfront with your prospects. Tell them about what the product has done for you. Mention that your no doctor, but it's hard to argue with results. I think if you tell the story of how it's working for you, rather than claiming it to be a miracle drug/product, then you should be fine. Good luck to you! You can do it!
