your grammar needs some working on, I can tell it only by reading your question. You will get that kind of money for an article when you`ll be a fluent english speaker.. not to mention an expert in a field of work, although the second one isn`t really necessary as long as you know how to create an article..

If you can't take honest, constructive criticism, you'll never be a decent writer.

Freelancer is loaded with writing gigs, thousands of them, Until you start getting some positive reviews the first few will be pretty cheap like $5 for 500 words but once you're a recognized member some articles are worth $15 a pop.

Other places are iwriter, odesk, fiverr, and those companies that write college papers for students, 8 - 10 page reports are around $250 a piece.

    Right under your nose.

    Warrior forum that is:
Wanted - Members Looking To Hire You

And if you don't find anything just whip up a post here:

If you explain what you can do and then do it you will have more business than you can easily handle.

You should create your own website for your writing service and advertise it. Make the customers come to you.

I would also recommend the Warriors For Hire section and eLance.

You can also try Constant Content and text broker.

Constant Content requires flawless copy. They will reject a single comma splice. That said, they do pay and you can name your own prices. They have high-paying clientele.

Textbroker is the only content mill that I could recommend. They aren't great, but they do have steady work. It's good if you have gaps.

Fiverr and DP are both horrible places to find writing work.

The key with writing is to get those first clients. Do a good job and you will get referrals and repeat business. You don't have to have your own site starting out, just make sure you have great samples.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.
