How to create a profesional looking video and website with no experience?

I would like to create a similar site like this about the alkaline diet (this products is scored high on clickbank, this is no spam http://www.thealkalinediet.org/course.html), but this looks so good and profesional, especially when one buys the products that it seems just not doable for me, it's overwhelming.
What do you suggest? Should one get the help from an expert on how to create such a page? What would you recommend?
