Where best to acquire leads at $1 per lead

7 replies
Hi Guys,

We have been tasked with acquiring leads by offering a (really great) free gift with real value and based on some assumptions we have made we are looking to generate leads at a rough cost of $1 per lead.

The product that will be sold to these leads is priced at $99 and is focused in the IM/MMO niche.

The big question I guess is, where do you think the best place is to get leads for $1 per lead in this niche?

Thanks in advance

    There are many services that pay per lead. One of the methods I know of is CPA (Cost Per Action) you can find people who are willing to bring you leads for $$. Price may vary depending on what the offer is.

    Hey there friend;

    You mentioned offering a free gift and the IM/MMO niche so it sounds like it may be a could idea to look at buying high quality solo ads. You should be around that price range for high quality leads with that method.

    Something you didn't mention is the amount of leads that you're looking for, will this be an ongoing thing or just short term?

    An idea that you may consider depending on the product or service that you're promoting (The price range sounds like a good fit) is hosting a webinar that offers the valuable free gift for attending, plus you have active listeners that you presell for the product/service and justify the price by offering huge value in advance.

    Hope that helps.
    Make it a great day,
    Joe

    Well, you can get free leads on craigslist and here are some averages.

    For an ad of a 3/2 house (average price) you get 200 phone calls and 50 people show up.

    Getting the same results with a newspaper ad costs approx $300 so that is $1.50 per call or $6 per visitor - yes six.
