How to Delete Google Analytic Users / Views

Hi

I have a bunch of old users on a google analytic account and cannot delete them. Tried creating a new view but they still wont come off the account.

I read there is a bug in Google Analytics. Is that fact or fiction? Cannot find a way to delete.

    I admit that I haven't tried to delete users, but just in case you didn't find this:
    Delete users

    Although you can add users at any level in the account hierarchy, you can delete users only at the account level.
    To delete a user:
    1. Click Admin at the top of any Analytics page.
    2. Use the menu at the top of the Account column to select the account you want.
    3. Click User Management in that column.
    4. Use the search box at the top of the list to find the user you want. Enter a full or partial address( e.g., janedoe@gmail.com or janedoe).
    5. Click delete for the user you want to delete.
