What are some free easy ways to make money online?

I want to get started. I'm doing writing but the problem is that it is not making me enough money. There are people in third world countries making more or the same amount as me. o_O I'm looking for some other Easter baskets that don't cost me a dime.

My ideas so far are:

  • Fiverr (Have not yet tried this)
  • Amazon eBooks (Tried but I failed miserably at this one...I'm looking for ideas that are less hit-and-miss...I don't want to put hours of work into something just to fail horribly....)

Any other ideas are greatly appreciated. I'm willing to be as relentless and tireless as it takes. Just give me ideas. I'll see to their execution.

Also, if you're a mentor/specialist in some field, I'm more than happy to work under you. Just give me some ideas. I need the money, and I will do whatever it takes to succeed. I have a dream, and I will chase it to the ends of the Earth. I just need to know how to make more money.

The only way to make $$ quickly is if you have a service to offer.
( ie: Website Builder / Article Writer / etc )
If you have a skill.. & I mean you are great at doing that skill..
then you can offer your services on here.. Fiverr.. & many other sites.

But if you're looking at making money doing Online Marketing..
there is no such thing as Free !!

None of the methods are free and easy. You are either paying with your time, putting in lots of hard work to grow your business, or you outsource it and let someone else do the manual labor.

With that being said, what's wrong with the two ideas you have come up with? Lots of people have success with Fiverr -- it's all about finding a in-demand gig that you can do in very little time.

As for Amazon Kindle, do you plan to write fiction or non-fiction? Both require market research and time spent creating the content -- with no sure-fire guarantee that any of the books you publish will take off.

    Nothing is free and easy..

You only got crabs with the free ways..
Take some of your time to do a keyword research for your market.. You might be failed in the first time. But everyone's been there. And that's the step you have to take to be a successfull one..

    Well, goodluck man !

For fast cash you can join fiverr. If you have enough budget you can go to adsense, affiliate marketing or flipping sites/apps.

PPD + YT seems to be popular these days. Fiverr and onlineworkingsites... are also some alternatives. As writer if you can write 10 articles a day, this is some money for investions. 10x5=$50. There are many websites that pays you when you can write. Can give you some lists.

start calling offline businesses and offering them websites. Outsource the building of them use the warriors or fiverr or odesk. Thats one way!

You can also search the warrior forum for a way to make an website using software (Special offers section) make some websites for offliners and give them away, then get your offliner to sign up for hosting using your own affiliate link for hostgator. You make money on the hosting affiliate program.

you can sell something on the classifieds here for a cost of $20 make it something mouth watering irresistable.

go the warriors for hire see if anyone needs help doing a service you can do. or set up a slot of your own selling services here I believe that is also $20.

Affiliate marketing is a great way to make money online. I know some of the big players earning 30k per month, only promoting affiliate products from regnow.

Free is a good but with much more competition.

Selling a service is one of the quickest and cheapest ways to make cash online, as you've already touched on. If you get stuck doing writing gigs on the likes of Fiverr though, you'll find it difficult to ever progress to the next level and boost your earnings up to a decent amount.

Start out with the gig sites by all means, including Elance, oDesk, etc. but focus on building your reputation with lower paying gigs and developing a good feedback page. One you've done this, you can charge higher and hopefully build up loyal customers who will come back for more. Most people do just want the cheapest option, but it's about finding clients who will value your work and want the best. Of course, this won't happen overnight.

I'd also suggest carving out your niche so you become the 'go to writer' for content in that field. I, for example, started out writing about anything and everything just to bring in the cash and build up clients. Before IM though, I worked in HR and I have two degrees in the subject. I started marketing this, and positioned myself as a recruitment and HR writer, and now those clients will pay a lot more just because I have that experience and I seem like the obvious choice. I also did similar with SEO agency and IM clients, so now I have two distinct areas that I write about, with a good collection of returning clients for each.

Start with the freelance and gig sites, but have a bigger plan so you can progress.

If there is a free and easy way to make money online, all people would already be doing it by now. You really need to make investments if you want to succeed in online money making. If you are afraid to take risks in the industry, it would really be hard for you to make a lot of money and that is just how things work.

"Free" and "easy" are powerful words when brought together with money Who doesn't want easy cash that doesn't require an upfront investment?

But the fact remains that in order to make money you will have to pay with your hard work and time. Which means nothing is free and easy, even if you're not paying with money. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, you will reach your financial goals.

Here's a list of "free resources to make money" that I collected and posted long time back - go through the list and take some action:

Writing books definitely isn't fast and easy and as much as the thought of putting hours of work into something and it failing being not very nice, it's exactly that mentality that causes you to seek the fast and easy things that don't really exist, otherwise, as has already been mentioned, we'd all be doing it.

Any other ideas are greatly appreciated. I'm willing to be as relentless and tireless as it takes. Just give me ideas. I'll see to their execution.
Here's an idea. If you're going to be relentless and tireless and you'll see them to their execution, forget free and easy because those words shouldn't be in the same sentence

I need the money, and I will do whatever it takes to succeed. I have a dream, and I will chase it to the ends of the Earth.
These are not the words I'd expect from someone who started the post saying...

I'm looking for some other Easter baskets that don't cost me a dime.
    or...

I don't want to put hours of work into something just to fail horribly
You can't relentlessly and tirelessly wish for Easter baskets.

Good luck though. I wonder if you are actually a very hard worker but the fear of failure is stopping you trying, so instead of trying (and potentially failing) you look for free and easy instead.

I'm not sure but I used to love those penny sweets - cola bottles.

I'd relentlessly and tirelessly wish they made them like they used to and still sold them for a penny each.

Just begin by always remembering that nothing is really free. You may see advertisements promoting free and easy online money-making, but none of them will really work without efforts from you. Just like what you have said:

Yep learn something new and it will take time and failure, and usually a lot of effort to make it profitable.

I started a new, viable option in Graphics, for a site. The SEO is great for sales, so that is taken care of, l can do all the graphics myself, so it is free, (not taking time into account).

And others have shown that it is virtually unlimited.

So just like me a few months ago, you might be thinking, great, but it isn't or wasn't as easy as creating one product after another and watching the cash come in.

My first try, (a Facebook graphic) got accepted, but took a lot of work and is making a few dollars per month at best.

Proved that it did work and was a viable idea, but not much else.

Then l did a filter type idea for images, took a month or so of hard work, which was soft rejected initially, then after overhauling it, since the previous version had severe limits to making changes, they binned it!

So l shrugged that off, and tried again, this time with an iphone type series of designs at different angles using some 3D software l had, as well as cleaning it up with my graphics software.

This project was massive and took 6 weeks of hard work to do, but since it could make $100 per month l kept going.

I finally finished this massive project, 9 different views, 3 colors, etc.

And guess what they binned it again!!!!

I almost threw the laptop through the window! Three months of working my guts out for this????

Not too mention the previous 5+ years, of brick wall hitting.

But l dusted my ego off, and learn t from the big mistakes l had make, and tried again.

I am almost ready to submit again, and at least this time quality isn't an issue. And the designs are simpler, etc.

So the point of this story is, that IM is like riding a bike, you may fall off a few times, and even graze your knees once or twice, but if you keep getting back on, success is inevitable.

Once you are 99 or 100% competent, then the floodgates can open and wealth be allowed to enter your life.

      But not before!

If you want free and easy, then best to find a job, and put money into Lotto!

If you are prepared to learn, work hard and fail miserably, then success is certain!

This must have been asked over 100,000 times in here but here is one for you -

Its Almost FREE (well $5 if you want to speed it up)

    - go to yahoo and answer questions and in the resource box add an affiliate link {mask it}

    - only add this link once in every 3 answers you do or you will get banned

    - you need to buy a level 2 account on fiverr to really speed this up as it allows you to add a hyperlink

So answer questions all day giving good answers and leave a link to an affiliate product - do this enough and you will make a few sales per or even per day.

    The real truth is...

    Are you ready for this...

There really isn't any 'quick' and 'easy' method for you to make money online.

Sure some people can make a few dollars here quickly at fiverr but nothing substantial will be made too soon.

So you say you want to live your dreams.

If you rely only on a job, you can always live the lifestyle of having a home with a two car garage and being able to take family vacations once per year (if you aren't already doing this).

But it probably won't ever allow you to live your dreams (unless that is your dream above).

If you have talent writing, then you could make money with your blog (that is if you write about what you already are an expert in and absolutely passionate about).

However, make sure to learn how to properly 'monetize' your blog. Most bloggers don't make much money because most of them are in it mainly for the money.

The bloggers who actually make a lot of money write because they love to write.

    And guess what?

    The money follows.

What can you monetize your blog with?

A high yielding affiliate marketing niche that pays out big enough commissions.

    Will this be easy?

Well the hard part for most people is to become 'consistent'.

But in the end, it will surely be worth it!

Damn that's harsh. They may live in 3rd world countries, but their location doesn't necessarily represent their level of intelligence.

But to answer your question, here are a few ways that you can earn money for free online:

    1) Surveys (suck)

    2) Paid to click emails (suck)

    3) Amazon Kindle

    4) Sony Smashwords

    5) Half.com

    6) Ebay (kind of)

    7) Tradebit

    8) Ejunkie

    9) Affiliate programs

    10) Fiverr

    11) Sign up as a freelancer on the freelance sites online

Forget about a quick $ on Fiverr - it takes time to build up trust - getting good reviews and ongoing orders - the most difficult part is reeling in the first order.

Try to spy on your competition and ''copy'' from the big sellers ( do not copy literally !!) ...put up a nice video with your gig description - this helps...

You could try arbitraging fiverr gigs - this set up can be done completely free - try to answer to classified ads from people looking for help (backpage, craigslist, gumtree etc etc but do try local classified ads as well) related to fiverr gigs : example = banner/header design, logo design, promotion video etc etc = these can be found on fiverr - Buy for $5 sell for $20 (example) You will be needing paypal for this.

There are wso's on this but it comes down to the above explanation.

I'm going to tell you the same thing I tell everyone else who posts a similar type of message...

This isn't for you. Not now, at least. You need to ignore every "make money" opportunity that you will hear in this thread, and elsewhere on the site, and find a better paying job than that which you have right now. Shelve all of the Internet Marketing stuff for now.

I say this because since you don't know WHAT to do, you're going to suck at it at first. That's not an insult - ask anyone here, we all sucked at whatever it is we do now at some point. We either payed a ton of cash to be taught the right way up front, or learned through trial and error (mostly error).

You seem desperate to make quick cash. And that's OK, most of us have been there at some point in our lives. That's why I'm suggesting shelving this idea of making money online and finding a job that suits you first. You need to have your personal finances in order to be in the right mindset to win with IM. There's no "magic button".

There are literally hundreds of free and easy ways to make money online.

But they are for chump change.

The quickest way is to do arbitrage on Ebay - which is buying something for a lower price in one market (ex. buying a PS3 for $100 on Ebay Canada) then selling it for a higher price in another market (selling it for $200 on Ebay US).

You can get paid taking surveys. You can join Instant Rewards where you get in by taking advantage of one of their special offers which makes you eligible to refer others and you get $20 for everyone that takes advantage themselves under your link.

With enough work, you can make as much as $200 a month!

Wait, that's not the kind of free and easy income you were looking for?

Oh well you don't want free and easy then, you want to make a living online like we do. In that case, learn all you can. Start up a blog, attract an audience through video and social media, implement an effective lead converting system such as an email marketing campaign and free offers, work daily to blog, make videos, learn your craft, and market.

Depending on your efforts, you can earn a living and make decent money, but the whole key to this is in one step:

    TAKING MASSIVE ACTION DAILY

Well, here is my take on it First of all you have to decide what your meaning is and align your online and offline work so that they compliment that meaning. It does not matter what is hot or not right now. If you take a look at the truly successful it is not a matter of jumping a bandwagon it is following a vision and if it takes 15 years so what they can see it and they know it will happen.

If you want to be one of those I would start over with a game plan. The book THE ONE THING might help but I agree a mentor could help a lot but please do not get one who lets you keep demonstrating the symptoms without fixing the problem or life is going to be hell.

I am always willing to help out someone who wants help. So message me too if you like. However, I have seen a few things and enough to know I do not know S##t so please do not bring the latest WSO ( I probably have bought them all by now anyway) because that is just chasing Windmills. Peace my friends. If I sounded harsh it is because I see myself and I will do anything to try to help because it can be different if the action comes first. Rock Onward!

There are TONS of freelancing sites, such as Elance, Freelancer, ODesk, etc.
One of the best ways I've found is to talk DIRECTLY to potential customers, especially people from WF. I've found that people here are generally more accepting to newb IMers, as well as more liberal with the compensation. You can directly PM people (BUT DON'T SPAM) asking if they would like your services IF they ever mentioned that they were in need of something of that sort.

Your mindset is totally wrong my friend.

Instead of jumping from one idea to another, trying to figure out what is going to (probably not) make you money, why don't you invest in doing one thing, one thing, right through to completion?

I can guarantee that such a tactic will yield a far greater return for you than blindly trying to find something that's not there in the first place.

Affiliate marketing, while building a list is the only long term way to keep making money online. And not having to have any financial difficulties, in the long run.
    Cheers.

Hey! Try building an email list in one of the three BIG markets: Money, Health, Relationships.

Try to stay away from building a list in the IM niche as it has more competition.

ebay brokering, for example you find a hot product that sells on amazon for $10 and it sells on ebay for an average of $15, if you offer this product at ebay for $15 and get it from amazon for $10 then you profit $5 for every sale and you actually don't do anything you just forward the payment details that you receive on ebay to the original seller on amazon and PROFIT!

First, resist the urge to say, "I can't do that" to what I'm about to suggest b/c it IS your fastest, easiest route to real money.

Take your existing skill and turn it into a high paying one.
So, if you're a GR8 writer, set up shop as an elite level product creator or ghostwriter.
You could make great money if you knew how to craft 12-15 minute video sales letters

I mean, I could go on.

it's not that you don't have skills - it's that you're not charging enough for it!

So, change your paradigm, create a badass service based on your skills and sell it at a premium.

Once you position yourself to play on the high end of things - with track record or results - to back you up. Your money problems will be solved.

I have actually built pretty big list with just free traffic using safelists, free ad forums, and free solo ad sites. It take quite a bit of work and does not happen over night. Even though I get referrals and signups for my affiliate, they come slow with free advertising. Paid solo ads at udimi work great when you have a little cash in your budget to spend.

    Keep working and be consistent.
