Where would I get some writers?

I have my new blog site. Still working on the forum. I dont know how to make the forum link on the top. Well i can get it there. I just cant make it link to my forum.

I also need to get some good writers so that i can generate some good content. Where could i get some at?

Here is my site if you can help me work the wordpress to make the forum link directly to the forum. there is a link at the bottom but when i put a link up top it makes a new blog page

    There are writers advertising in both the Classified Ads section and the Warriors for Hire section. I'd guess if they're advertising, they're interested in writing.

    Another option would be to check out freelancing sites. There are plenty in the net. Take your pick - elance, rentacoder, odesk, getafreelancer, etc.
