Adsense and Ad Placement Policy Question

I have 50 Adsense sites in a variety of different niches.
A lot of the adds are abover, near or under images of products.
I am getting clicks on the ads near the images.
My question is:
Do you think Google will see those ad placements as misleading. Taking into account that a dew of the websites are download oriented etc.
Im not trying to be deceptive in my ad placement. After much testing over the years I have found that ads near images convert bettter.
