ok

go reporting than Analytics ~

order from impression count stated 1 follow by order from server calls 1 follow by order from sale conversion 100% , initial sales count 1 ...

than net sales count 1 ....% of total sales 100%

for one item under one line

than I go to transactions page ,
it stated the time the buyer buy , receipt id ...etc ...but amount 0.00

I check this buyer didn't refund.

but my dashboard stated no sales.

hmm sometime I look at clickbank transcation stuffs also go to help read

That's odd, however it may be a delay in reporting. If not, I would double check your dates.

Also, in your transactions screen make sure you have these boxes checked...

It's possible to get zero commission on a sale if it's a one dollar initial payment of a recurring billing. The field Txn Type will say "Sale-RB"

      .

You had the initial sale, but there's nothing left out of that first $1 trial to pay the affiliate, because the affiliate's payment comes from what's left after ClickBank deducts their nominal 7.5% and $1 "stocking-fee" per item. If you deduct $1 from $1 there's nothing left for the vendor or for the affiliate. But you'll get your commission awarded when the rest/next part of the payment (after the $1 trial period) goes through - as long as the customer doesn't cancel the payment between now and then.
