Did problogger.net get hacked?

I just went to problgger.net and found this. I tried loggin in earlier but it was down. Now, the site looks like this. The image on left is problogger's usual site whereas the image on the right is what shows right now. See images below.

    • Looks like the theme got changed. Whether that was a result of hacking or just an update gone wrong, it's too early to tell.
