Hotel wifi network advertising

I am in process of setting up wifi network for a hotel. I am looking ways to monetize the network. The system I have built in will let the guest log into to the hotel wifi then they will agree to terms, which will take them to the next page. That "next page" i want to monetize, could be simple site with ad spaces or could be selling a redirect link make it "homepage" for a month.

Everyone at the hotel is accessing the internet from their smartphone, laptop, ipads etc.. And this is the first page customer will see when they access internet. And they have to go through that page before they can surf on any other sites.

If you have any other ideas let me know.

You are in the right place at the right time. Direct them to your site a product you can sell or any programs you are offering.

At the moment I do not have my own product. Any good affiliate program. Id like to sell "direct" link out for a month, not sure where to find buyers who would be interested for the monthly spots.

If the hotel has a bar, restaurant, gift shop, hairdresser, salon etc., you could arrange a coupon deal for their services and get commission that way. But I wouldn't recommend trying to take over the guest's home page for a month. That would be enough to get me to check out pronto and look for a better hotel.

Hotel is near those business you mentioned. I looked into just creating a simple page and have local business advertise on the page, ex banner ad space on a monthly fee. Hotel is a well know chain and on live interstate exit between Memphis and Little Rock. This could help website owner get more traffic to their sites.

What has the Hotel management/owner have to say about you advertising on their network?

I'd set it up like a mini local directory with featured restaurants (costs more than ordinary listings), gift shops, grocery stores, car rentals, dry cleaning, etc. and throw in some free emergency numbers to be helpful.

Directory sounds like a good idea, will look into this.
