Clickbank shows affiliates how well the product has been selling?
I recently heard that the Clickbank product affiliate page will cite a conversion rate stat, which typically was arrived at from running PPC promotions before the product was opened up to affiliates.
How does CB get this information, is it just from Google Adwords or by what means do they collect it. If a new product creator was experimenting with a variety of Google Adword techniques, then their conversion rate would be a lot lower than people who are in the business a while, so would they find it more difficult to find affiliates?
