A personal favor...

Hey Warriors,

I know most of you do not know me yet but I assure you my intensions are good. I also know on the warrior forum one needs to give before he or she receives however, here is my personal favor to ask of you.

A few days ago my mentor (Stewart Smith) a Navy Seal was featured on national geographic special ops channel and he was asked to do the unthinkable and pass with an A+. This stress test along with hypothermia was intense but he did prevail. Stewart has many books out there but one I used on the Navy Seal prerequisites got me in top shape. It was so tough I literally got stuck in week 3 for like 2 months. I am sharing a video from the documentary TV show and ask that you give it a look and Kudos. I will be sharing my appreciation for his hard work in the armed forces and ask that you give it a thought and share yours here. I would like to share this thread with him later on. I understand that some of you will have different opinions on this but I only ask you don't black and blue this thread too much. I would like as many people here attached to this thread. Please see sig link below for TV show clip:

Thanks,

      Hi,

While we're on the subject, has anyone read 'Unleash The Warrior Within' by Richard J. Machowicz?

He's a ten year veteran of the navy seals. I recommend it.

You can tell he's a military man because everything he does involves 'taking out the target' - even if it's just a case of going to the shops for some general groceries. Don't get in this man's way at the deli counter...

Very interesting stuff, great exposure, no pun intended.

From a logistical viewpoint, I wonder how much time transpired between removal from the tank the the final exercise, obstacle course.

Either way, incredible performance, when is the ebook coming out,

    Just kidding, great vid.
