Generating leads for SEO & Web Design

Sounds like you got it going on man, congrats on that!
I personally am a big fan of using Facebook & Twitter for my marketing to find leads, and via Twitter I can even get targeted leads.

Where ever you look there's people looking for services like yours, just be in the right place. I know its easy to say but its true. Contact prospects directly and personally and you'll have success, at least thats what always works for me.

I agree with aronprins. I use social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, too. Those are the best places to find all kinds of people. But still, it depends on what kinds of niche you are trying to engage in. Know where the right place is, be there and you will find just the help that you need.

Have you thought about narrowing down your target niche further, so it's a bit more specific than just businesses in your area? For example, you could decide to market your business as the go-to agency for those in the restaurant trade, those offering creative services, etc? By narrowing it down, you can create marketing messages that appeal to that group and make them think that you're exactly what they've been looking for, rather than trying to sell your services to everyone.

I often find that once business owners do this, the rest starts to fall into place. It's just a case of working out your target audience then deciding how you can get in front of them. With this approach, you could get much more targeted interest on your webinars and other promotional materials. So instead of offering a general 'SEO tutorial', you could offer something along the lines of 'SEO secrets for xxx (whoever you're targeting) for increased online sales'.
