The question says it all - anyone care to point to someone who can write literate, engaging, funny, provocative content on a consistent basis?

I could point to many people, but I have no webcam so I doubt that would help. I do believe the person you are looking for is Steven King. He is an exceptionally Literate writer that is Engaging, Funny, and Provocative. While I haven't read all of his work, what I have read thus far has been great, so I would say he is also consistent.

Ok... In seriousness. You should head over to the Warriors for Hire section and start reading reviews. It's generally not cool to be self promotional in these forums, and encouraging such behavior only shows your laziness.

If you don't find a good writer, you may consider giving your writers more information and structure to ensure quality. They do work for you, after all.

Thanks for the information. I'll see what the section you advised has to offer.

I would assume it would depend on the topic, no?

I think my question may have been asked without much forethought. Sorry for that.

That's quite alright. I think if you had mentioned some qualifiers, you may have been received better.

You could have specified, price range, whether you were interested in technical writing, conversational writing, perhaps some subject matter, type of content as in for eBooks, press release, reports, etc. and the list goes on and on.

Anyway, by reading the ads and feedback in the WFH section, you should be able to narrow your search down.

You could also use the search function here on the forum and search for your qualifying terms as well as a ton of good information covering many aspects of writing.

        Good luck to you.

Yep, lots of them in there. I hired and ordered from a few, but stuck with the one who delivered quickly, and the quality was superb.
