First $100 day

Woot, I had my first $100 day yesterday as an affiliate.

The best advice I can give is to not give up. When I first started, I was so confused with how you could actually make money online, and I was swamped with information.

I would visit this forum every day, and learn more and more everyday, and eventually the picture became clearer and clearer.

If you do not give up, if you stick with it, have patience and are persistent, it will work for you. Oh yeah, and there is no magic button...

Well, it is really comforting to know that there are actually people who are taking simple pieces of advice from the warriors and are actually being successful because of those.     Awesome! Congradulations. Feels good doesn't it. Its a tool we have at our fingertips. Supply and demand. Hopefully your using a squeeze page and building emails addresses. You know for me it's easy to create direct sales when I have a good offer. I find the challenge to be creating a squeeze page and then getting a sale on the front end. Another step but its worth it... again awesome

    Now that you have obtained your first milestone in the business, the next thing for you to do is to build and maintain relationships with your clients or with your list. You must keep them interested in what you are offering them. Also, be smart in formulating marketing strategies to be able to expand your market.

Would you mind explaining the steps that you went through (without actually giving your exact idea/product/niche away, which is understandable that you'd want to keep that a secret). Maybe just give what you tried and failed, then give the tweaks that you made, method used, etc...

    That would be awesome if you did that, and I'm sure a lot of people including myself would be very greatful!

      Right now I am making websites that target a specific product or very targeted phrases (that meet certain keyword research criteria) and ranking them in google. I have set up a form to capture email addresses on the sites that it makes sense to.

      I have tried squeeze pages, but am not a real fan of them, and have had much more success with full websites.

      There are tons of keywords and keyword phrases that are easy to rank for and have low competition. You need to realize that if you have just 5 sites that make 1 sale a day that is worth $20, there is $100 a day. That is just one sale from each.

      Now, with google and its changes, I will admit that you may have sites come and go with this model, that is why it is important to always be building more and more.

      I do all the site set up, but I outsource the articles and most of the SEO, so there are costs involved, but you only continue to move forward with a site once you get visitors and see sales coming in. The site then pays for itself very quickly ...

    Others think that giving up after losing a lot of money in this kind of business only means that you are smart enough to stop when you need to. Well, they have a point. However, if you did not expect to lose anything in the first place, you will really get distracted by all the losses that you will be getting and you will be forced to give up without knowing what comes after all the loss that you have had.
