Needing help on Converting customers!

We have launched our site:wwwtryguiltlessdessertdiet.com. We are running our own ads and the CTR is 3.5-8.5% consistently.. The problem we are having is getting them to put their credit card in for shipping, they get free samples.. We are getting a lot of people sign up but no credit cards.
We have dropped shipping from $9.95 to $6.95 , got more sign ups just no more credit cards.

Anybody have any suggestions on what happening here.

Also looking for 2-3 marketers that have 3-4 years experinece that would like to work with us and no money out of their pockets. We will pay for advertising mplus we will paya conversion fee to you for every customer you send that signs up... Just email me.

    Well, I don't think it is obvious one has to pay for shipping until after entering the data on the form. If it were me I would feel a little tricked if I found that out after it seemed like it would be free. I know you have it in the footer, but some might not read that closely until after filling out the form.

    I agree with the previous answer. Just make it more clear on the front end that the product is free with a small charge for S & H
