Creating privacy policy, disclaimer, terms of service etc.

I want to know what would be the easiest way to create privacy policies, disclaimers, and terms of service for a website. I have no idea what to do to create these types of forms and dread the idea of trying to create these. But I also don't want to have to outsource all of this either.

There must be an easier to way to do it or some software or something that can help create these forms.

Also, I want to flip some sites on Flippa that don't have these forms on yet. Would it be better if I create these forms first before I flip the site or should I just let the buyer deal with it?

    Here is what I did.

    I first found other sites that have a policies and disclaimers that fit my cause.

    I copied them and brought them to a lawyer for reference. They drafted up something unique and legally sound. It was also affordable (at least with my lawyers).

    Hey Kasey,

    There was actually this cool little WP plugin that was being sold on hear about a year ago that would create all of these pages with a push of a button.

    You just needed to enter in your company details and pick the pages you wanted and they were automatically created. Huge time saver

    I think it was called WP Legal Pages .. Not sure if it's still for sale on here or if it has been moved to another platform.
