As title suggest, I am interested in buying a Google News site. In case already developed Google News site doesn't meet my requirement would like to have build from scratch.

    Have you considered using oDesk or eLance to get some bids? You'll be amazed how cheap you can have something built on there, because you'll get bids coming in from people all over the world (some of which, who have probably already built what you want, so it'll be even cheaper).

    After all, you have nothing to lose, because it's free to post a project.
