How to add advertisers for my SEO forum

Hello,
I'm thinking to lauch advertising on my forum. I mean no Adwords or Buysellads etc. I want that real users who visit my forum buy ad banner here. The forum is very strong - PR4 and Alexa Rank 85,000. It is based in UK but the traffic in not UK only.

How do you think what is the best method to find real advertisers because I don;t have enough of time to browse different forums and look for advertisers?

    What made you decide to start off with a forum? What was the original income model idea before you started it? Well here are my 2 suggestions:

    1) Offer slots on your forum for advertising

    2) Hire someone to look for advertisers

    Well, the forum is very strong and I'm only using it for my own SEO purposes and for interesting SEO topics but now I think that it is better to add some banners to make also some money.
    Hire someone to look for advertisers
    Do you think that a person who will be working with advertising will be effective? Because I actually can find advertisers myself but I just need to know where to look.
