Project Time Line Delays
I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced time line delays on important projects. Customers wanted something to be done by a certain date but then there were unanticipated details that took extra time. What do you do to clearly communicate with customers so you can both get a level of confidence yet be ready for possible delays?
