Subscription Persuasion Flow

So I am offering a freemium online product and have come upwith the following flow diagram/process and was interested in your opinions on if you think it will work effectively? Objective is to get them to subscribe and keep them subscribing

I dont know if this has been discussed before or if there are any better ways of doing it, let me know!

    I'll be honest. I'm a bit lost by the diagram.

    The one thing I will say is maybe reduce the length of your 10 day discount offer.

    make it 48 hours or 72 hours to drive people into action sooner and make it more appealing.
