Hey guys, i have been directly placing landing pages from my CPA network on classified websites. Now i have actually been getting a few leads a month.. yeah i know a few lol but it works. Just got accepted to a new network with different and really nice offers. Now i have been reading that people will make a squeeze page around the offer they choose then link then once the visitor clicks "submit" or "try now" it will then take them to the converting offer. I have a couple questions for you experts!

What kind of squeeze page works best? Dating, work at home etc..colors, font..
Do you guys create it, pay for one then upload it FTP as a .html file? Or use wordpress and build it.
Do you guys offer any other things besides email submit? What do you guys link, that leads to the CPA offer? for example the submit button or "Try now" button?
If you guys could answer these for me it would really clear my head ) double chin smiley. Take care!
