No man, I wouldn't say It decreases your sales at all. I love pay-pal It is a great company and landing place for your money to land until you transfer to your bank accnt. I'm personally not a big fan of shopping carts but I hope you find out what you like best brother.

PayPal increases conversions, because of buyer security and the brand awareness PayPal has. I recommend using Pro integration though. don't just pop a button up on your website and call it done

If you are talking about the sales rate, then no, it does not decrease your sales. Majority of online shoppers prefer PayPal because it is secured and guaranteed, and shoppers find it easier to pay online using PayPal.
