Paypal not accepting Dublin order. Help please.

Hi. Someone has just emailed me to say he is trying to purchase my ebook using Paypal. But because he lives in Dublin city, Republic of Ireland there is no postcode (zipcode) and the sale won't complete. This is a new one on me, anyone got any suggestions?

Please don't say contact Paypal customer support, I doubt I'll live that long,

    Sorry, but I've found PayPal's phone support to be far superior to their email support, which seems to rely on replying with a bunch of canned emails.

    Their phone numbers are: 1-402-935-2050 and 1-888-221-1161

    Try that route.

      Thanks. Problem has been solved. Customer was trying Co Dublin instead of just Dublin.
