How To Show Ad Like Forbes?

I've been doing some research but can't find a straightforward answer, maybe some of the brilliant minds on here can help me.

Here's the process:

I find some interesting content on another website, post a link to the source article on Facebook... BUT

Instead of linking to the story, I want the person to be displayed an ad hosted by me like the ones shown when you visit Forbes.com

So I would have to link to a domain of my own, but how could I set something like this up so that the ad is displayed and then the user is redirected (or clicks continue) to view the story on the original site?

Those are called V-Slider or V-Slide advertisements. You'll have to find a Media or Marketing company that offers those. Be careful with those type of Ads, they're pretty bothersome to readers.

That's not the type of ad being displayed. I did a little more research and it looks to be a javascript redirect with some additional coding.
