How are these pages put together?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am seeing pages such as this

Im wondering how these are built. I would just create a simple wordpress site but wonder if there is a simpler way, maybe a bought and altered theme forest template?

As part of my learning I would like to test this type of page in comparison to a more involved blog (using the same product)

Actually that particular page you show is built using nested HTML <div> and <table> statements plus good CSS. Because they are nested they won't show up under a normal page source view.

If you want to do sales pages in Wordpress there are several advanced themes that will allow you to do this - most marketers use Optimize Press or Profits Theme for example.
