PPC V ORGANIC TRAFFIC

Which do you use as your primary source of traffic and why? I'm interested to hear people's views and experience with various types of traffic.

Please share what's working well for you now, what's not working & if you were to start from scratch with your business, with what you now know what would you do differently?

    Organic traffic for me everyday. I say this as I tried PPC on my referal system with not much success. After I learnt a little SEO and got my site to page 1 on Google my ref rate went bonkers!!

      Thanks for that feedback - umm I'm interested to hear a little more about your organic SEO. Please share how you got to page one & how long did it take?

    Ok, my 2 cents:

    PPC --> for fast traffic for initial testing, can be expensive, is fast, immediate, blah, blah, blah, if you use peel-and-stick methods and 80/20 rule squared, it can be made profitable

    Organic --> Terribly slow, inexpensive, converts REALLY well when done intelligently - for an example take a look at my organic traffic funnel in my signature . . .
