Hello,

The only one that I currently know that is 100% safe from LegitScript is: http://www.cndomainsite.com/

Their support advised me that they contacted ICANN and ICANN advised them that they are not required to comply with legitscript compliments, they also offer free Whois protection.

Legitscript submitted a fake FDA complaint so I submitted the complait below back on them:

Dear NETWORK SOLUTIONS, LLC Abuse Team, and ICANN Abuse Team.

This is an abuse notice submitted to you requesting to immediately suspend domain name: legitscript.com due to fake representation of the FDA and sending fake abuse notifications to domain registrar: BIZCN.COM, INC and possibly other domains registrars, Please acknowledge receipt of this notification no later than May 26, 2014.

Here is a copy of the fake email:

Fake sender details (not FDA): Burke, Daniel; abuse.team@legitscript.com; john.horton@legitscript.com; McClune, Brian

Subject: Abuse Complaint from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration

    Body text:

    BizCN,

The United States Food and Drug Administration is a consumer protection agency of the United States Government that is, among other things, responsible for regulating and supervising the safety of pharmaceuticals and for enforcing laws regulating pharmaceuticals. Accordingly, we have determined that the websites listed in the attached spreadsheet appear to be selling products or making medical claims in violation of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act found at Title 21, United States Code, ยง 331 et. seq. All of the listed websites are registered via BIZCN and are currently accessible to consumers in the United States.

This is an abuse notice submitted to you under Section 3.18.2 of the 2013 ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement regarding the use of domain names for illegal purposes. The 2013 RAA contains requirements pertaining to your duty to investigate and respond appropriately to reports of illegal activity (Sections 3.18 and 1.13).

We are submitting this request as part of Operation Pangea, an annual effort coordinated by Interpol, which involves law enforcement, customs, and regulatory authorities around the world to identify and the distributors of illegal drug products and medical devices and remove these products from the supply chain.

The U.S. FDA requests your prompt and immediate attention to this matter. Please acknowledge receipt of this notification no later than May 15, 2014.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I love emails like that and ignore them all.

If someone wants me "respond no later than..... OR ELSE....." then they will send me a certified letter like the IRS does.

A certified letter (or civil service) is the ONLY way to prove the intended recipient actually received the complaint and can be held accountable.

Ignore it until you receive it via one of the aforementioned means.
