Questions about Partnership...

Yesterday, i was studying for my exams and i just got an idea...
I've been running a forex blog ( Ultimate Forex Review )
for about 3 months and because of my studies i only find the time to keep the blog and the autoresponder updated... It means that i can only work on traffic generating during vacations and AS I got very little vacations, it's kinda hard...
In terms of results : i get about 35-40 visitors each day, i have 106 subscribers to my newsletter and the website have generated 14 sales which equals to + $500 (in 3 months) .
I'm actually working on getting better conversion rates, but anyway here's what i thought about :
As i can't work on traffic generating and all that stuff why don't i get a partnership with somebody who'll be able to handle this kind of work ? Of course getting more traffic is the major key to success so that's why i think about such a thing. I thought about this kind of deal :
-my partner will have to bring the number of visitors up to 100/150 people daily and then increase those figures each month and from this moment on, we'll share the incomes of the websites up to 50% for him and 50% for me...
Please, give me your thoughts and ideas about that !
