Internet Marketer Affiliate Marketplace

I am in the process of creating my first Affiliate Marketing focused website. I have always been a strong supporter of Warrior Forum and thoroughly enjoy reading the threads here on a daily basis.

I did some searching and I could not find a website or thread dedicated to this topic, so I apologize if this has been discussed, but I couldn't find it.

Through this whole experience of designing and affiliate marketing website, I had an idea. To me it seems rather obvious so I am sure it is not original, but here it is.

Is there a marketplace, website, or anything where affiliate marketers go to list their website and/or affiliate product link so when an IM like myself needs to buy a health product, or a computer system, or a video game for my son, I can go buy from other IMs via their affiliate links? (Hoping that other IM will follow suite and when they need something that I am an affiliate for, they may follow my affiliate link and help me out with a sale)

If there is not one of these currently, would it be something enough affiliate marketers would be interested in to make it worthwhile to build?
