I'm Finally Taking Action

I have finally decided to take action and have come up with a website where I am building a list based on setting up new affiliate marketing businesses.

It would be a great help if some fellow warriors could please take a quick look and let me know how I can improve my page, as I am sure there is plenty of improvements I can make.

    Hi Mike.

    Have just finished reading your book and thought (as another Newbie) that it was excellent... easy to read and follow through on the steps outlined.

    One of the best, most instructive, "how-to" ebooks I've read for a long time.

    As far as your landing page goes, I would be inclined to precis your copy as it appears to be a little repetitious. The addition of a few bullet points may also improve it.

      Updated now, although didn't you mean to say, spelt? :p

      As for the double opt-in, I was be incorporating this either today or tomorrow. The current setup is just a basic form to email script which isnt actually linked to a list.

    You should list the key benefits of reading your ebook as a set of bullet points. Your current squeeze page looks alright, but is kind of vague in describing the free product.

    Thank you everyone for your replies. I have now made a few adjustments to the page but most will have to wait till tomorrow as it's now getting late.

    As for the free ebook, it was simply a PLR I purchased and edited. I am trying to take the easiest route possible into a small profit and will then look at changing things about.

    Now I have taken action , it all feels worth it.

    Put you photo on it (creates trust), not quite sure where the $100 came from, as this is marketed as your own ebook would be helpful if you could explain your background - i.e. why I should trust you to teach me.

      Take this guy's advice. That will increase conversion rate. Do some heavy split testing with Google's page optimizer too.

    You shouldn't let your visitors download the book until the have confirmed their email address, yes I know double opt in is a pain, but it can save you lots of pain down the road--In addition it keeps people honest they will not be able to use a fake email address.

      Yes, I do agree that you should have double opt-in. That is the best way to eliminate fake email just to download the ebook.

      You have a great squeeze page. Glad to see that you are taking Action as this will be the result of earning money online.
