Aweber optin form removal issue.

Hello guys,
I have an issue in my website, that is quite strange.
Basically i have removed an optin form from my aweber account that was connected to one website that i have.
After that the optin form is still live in my website, but in aweber i don´t have that form available.
So how can i remove it from my website.
I have a Jimdo ecommerce website, i have checked and did not find any code about it there.
Any clue how to solve this?
