Where and how to buy advertising space?

Where and how can i buy advertising space on a website that is highly ranked and related to my niche?? weight loss niche.

As a experiment, i will to create a one page review site of a poplar weight loss product, then market it by creating an ad and buying ad space on highly ranked websites with a fair amount of targeted traffic.

Budget of around $200-$400 a month.

Where is the best place to buy advertising space, is there a marketplace for it or should i contact websites privately??

Start with Alexa.com to find highly ranked sites. Then contact them directly and tell them you're a direct response advertiser, and you won't pay their standard rates until you've proved the traffic will back out. Ask for a 24 hour out clause in the Insertion Order so that if the traffic does indeed turn out to be unprofitable, you can back out of the ad buy.

This has been very effective for me - go for high ranking sites that have an audience and demographic that's closely aligned with your offer.

You can hire someone who will research possible places to buy space from. This is the most COST EFFECTIVE way since there are many people who run sites that can make you money who are CLUELESS as to how much their traffic is worth.

Go and search the most popular keywords in your niche. Find the top websites in Google that have banners on them. Contact those sites directly and enquire about running a banner on their site. This is the easiest way to put your offer right in front of those people who are already seeking it.

Yes buysellads is a good option but if you have specific sites in mind that you know well and visit yourself, you can try contacting them and asking if they have any advertising space available.

BuySellAds is a good place to start, your ad will be approved within 24 hours, there are many sites to choose from in all price range, it also has a nice dashboard for you to manage your ad campaign.

You can also try blogads. They have plenty of blogs to choose from. Another place where you can buy ads is projectwonderful - ads there are really cheap, but I am not sure how effective are they.

Try contacting high ranked websites and see if you can advertise there... This tactic usually works the best.

If you are looking to buy space on these websites, then you need to find a button or link that says something like:

    Advertise Here.

If it doesn't, you can always contact the website owner and ask them if they allow paid ads from others.

I would do a search in Google for the top blogs in your niche.

Then, I would look around their site to see if they have an "Advertise" link of some sort to check out their ad pricing.

If they don't have it, then I would contact them and ask them if they'd be willing to put my ad in their website for a price.

    Hope this helps!
